No Returns

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, all products sold by Purathana Kalam are non-returnable once delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the request and, if approved, may offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund at our sole discretion

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Order paid for but not delivered due to verified shipping issues

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
